Ok then, let’s do it. You’re here because you fancy the thought of a trip to Las Vegas. Coolio, you’re in the right place. I’ve created the site to be as easy to use as possible. I hope that the menu is easy to understand, but I created it, and yeah, well I’m a complicated being at the best of times, so here’s how it works. On this page, I’ll tell you what’s in each section of the site, and you can go straight to whichever takes your fancy. Then, over the next little while, I’ll be building up the site further with more to offer you, but for now, here’s what’s what. I’ll go through them in order. You’re currently on “Start Here” so you’re in the right place. To go to the HomePage at any time, click on “Home” or on the “Shane Loves Vegas” logo, and this is always at the top of your screen. On the homepage, all the images lead to sections. Oh, and by the by, the aim of this site is to help you to have this holiday/vacation for less than you might expect it to cost.
Actually, just before we scooch on, I’ve got something to give you and it’s for free (for now). The site is easy enough to understand and you can read what each section does on this actual page, and so I’m interrupting myself. Back to what’s coming your way if you would like it. I have a guide that I created, the aim of this guide is to help you to get great value for your money on food and drinking in Las Vegas. It’s free (again, for the moment), so please help yourself. It’s called “Almost 100 Places With Great Deals for Grub and The Demon in Vegas” and I’d be confident that you’ll get quite a lot out of it. Plenty of ideas for food and drinks to have at good affordable prices.

EAT
EAT – In this section, there are pages with different bars and restaurants (and more to come), with suggestions on what you might eat when you’re in Las Vegas, and with prices for most of them. For food deals for bars and restaurants that you can buy pre-trip etc (to help with budget planning) or even whilst you’re in Las Vegas, they’ll be in the deals section, and you can join the WhatsApp group (“Live Deals” Tab) also for any serious humdingers that I find.
DRINK
DRINK – Quite similar to the EAT section as many bars serve food. You’re going to find what I think are amazing Specials, Happy Hour and Reverse Happy Hour prices in here. This will help your money to go much further for you. Also, there will again be posts in more detail on various bars and restaurants. Drink specials will also be found in the deals page and you can join the WhatsApp group (“Live Deals” Tab) for any other specials that might pop up. I’m mentioning this WhatsApp group a bit! Well, it’s intentional because I use the technology for a business I run for Amazon and e-commerce sellers. It works very well. I want to use it with you to send you live deals etc for flights, hotels, shows, food, drinks, entertainment etc. It doesn’t cost you anything unless you decide to buy an offer, and if you try it and you don’t like it, you can leave any time easily (we won’t fall out of love), and of course you can join again another time if you change your mind again, you’re getting closer to another trip, all is good! 🙂 Again, there’s absolutely no cost to join.
FLY
FLY – For now, in this section, there is advice on how you would go about getting a great value deal on a flight to Las Vegas. Things that might not have come immediately to mind that will help you get a great deal. Some good stuff for you. There will also be a flight search engine here that you can use and with instructions on how to use it to your benefit.
STAY
STAY – There is a substantial amount of information here, but to do this properly, really there has to be. This is all about getting you the best value for the best hotel that we (You and I) can for your money. Many many tips on how to do this. If you aren’t 100% confident in how to do this, or even not in any way sure, I’m here to help you so please roar at me. I want to help 🙂 It makes me feel good 🙂 ALSO… IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN LAS VEGAS FOR FREE, I’ll show you how to do that 🙂 For Hotel deals, you will find these in this section and on the Deals page, and also, I’m going to put the best of them (as they go live) in the WhatsApp group. LIVE Deals!

TO DO – This is a list with details of many things that you will enjoy (I think so anyway) should you do them. Activity deals will be in the deals section also, and certainly in the group that won’t be named. If you’ve been reading above, you know exactly what we’re talking about.
GETTING AROUND
GETTING AROUND – This is basically me telling you NOT to use Taxis using only the Queen’s English. But (you should never start a sentence with “but” or “and”, apparently) also, with the purpose of the site, to help you to get your trip for less than you might expect, I’ll be telling you HOW you can get around, AND how much you can be saving by avoiding taxis, and very likely having a nicer and more fun journey. There’s money off in there for you too. Maybe I shouldn’t use CAPSLOCK. I’m just trying to point things out, so that’s probably pretty understandable. I am not shouting!
APPS
APPS – You really should take advantage of this page. These are Apps that you would be absolutely coco bananas not to download and use. These Apps are going to get you a FREE STAY in the ultra luxurious Wynn Las Vegas (you do have to earn the nights by playing free games in an App), stay here, at least once in your life, trust me! ALSO FREE or reduced price stays at MGM properties (this is the same concept as the Wynn one just mentioned, but there are food, drinks, activities, show offerings too), Apps with money off travelling around Las Vegas, AND they will continually save you money. DO NOT MISS this page! It’s money in YOUR pocket! Honestly! Don’t miss out! So many exclamation marks affecting internet traffic. Definitely necessary though 🙂

DEALS – This page hasn’t been completed yet. When ready, this page will have my hand-picked deals for flights, hotels, bars, restaurants, shows, entertainment and much more. Another page to save you money 🙂 Not to be missed, but clearly not missed as it’s not ready yet. Give me a bit, I’ll sort this.

FAQ’s – This stands for “Frequently Asked Questions”. It was fun writing this one. 🙂 These are many random questions that have been asked, might have been asked about, and maybe never asked about Las Vegas.

ABOUT – Well this is about me, Shane or Shaner, Shaneo, possibly something else, depending on which friend you speak to. My Dad used to call me “Hamish” (no idea where this came from, and pronouned “Hay Mish”) as a kid, so he started all this. He gave a lot of folks nicknames over the years, and most stuck. Funny ones like “Rooster”, “Haunt a House”, “The Lovely Man”, some others that I really can’t mention because well, not for now, funny ones though! In all in anyways (as I’m hearing more and more people say, in Dublin), it’s what had to come about in this life that I created this site. If you don’t want to know anything about me (and that’s cool, it’s not necessary!) you need not read this. I won’t be offended 🙂 The world is a busy place, go and enjoy! 🙂

SHOP – This page isn’t ready yet, but very soon. This page is purely intended to help you with things that will give you a greater Las Vegas experience, plus it should help you in advance of your trip to be properly prepared. Things that you might not think that you’d need, and also things to enhance your time there. That’s all. 🙂 If you see something you want and you buy it, I’ll be grateful, as I might get from a few cents to a dollar or two, depending. This, 100% doesn’t affect the cost of the item(s) to you.
